1⃣ NOVENA TO ST. VINCENT PALLOTTI
DAY 9 - JANUARY 21
FOR CATHOLIC FAMILIES
Almighty and ever living God, you glorified Vincent Pallotti and made him a powerful intercessor in heaven. We come before you with our petitions and place before you all our needs and cares. We declare our readiness to accept whatever you send us. Trusting in your divine providence, we cast ourselves like Vincent Pallotti in your loving arms seeking your protection. O God of all consolations, have compassion on all those who suffer and are in need. We beg you today through the intercession of St. Vincent Pallotti to bless all our families with peace and prosperity. Convert our families into homes where you our Master live and rule. Send your Holy Spirit into our families and expel from them all quarrels and divisions, jealousies and suspicions. May our families be abodes of Christian virtues specially charity and forgiveness. May they become sources of sacred vocation and a perennial support of the church. Above all, we place before you this our special need...
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
O glorious St. Vincent, intercede for us before the Lord and obtain for us all the graces we ask for. Merciful Father, St. Vincent glorified you before men while here on earth. Now glorify him, by answering his prayers on our behalf. We make this prayer through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

2⃣ NOVENA TO ST. FRANCIS DE SALES
DAY 7 - JANUARY 21
Our intellect is ordinarily full of ideas, opinions and considerations suggested by self-love. This is the root of many conflicts within the soul, putting before us all sorts of reasons dictated by human prudence to justify our pretensions. People who make use of this false prudence, instead of enlightening their intellect, obscure it. They reject advice given to them and let those reasons prevail in their minds which support their own opinions, even wrong ones. Make use of the virtue of prudence because it is good, but make good use of it. Employ it only rarely, with simplicity, and solely for the glory of God.
PRAYER: O Blessed Francis, who in your life did excel in all virtues, especially in your love of God and of your neighbour, I earnestly ask you to take me under your immediate protection, to obtain from God my perfect conversion, and that of all sinners. Teach me, O Father, to fix my eyes on heaven, that I may generously trample under foot every obstacle that presents itself in my way, and attain that degree of glory which you in your mercy hold out to me. Obtain also the favour for which I now pray…
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
Assist us O Lord, we beseech you, through the merits of St. Francis de Sales that, what our endeavours cannot obtain may be given to us by his intercession. Amen.
St. Francis de Sales: Pray for us!

3⃣ NOVENA IN PREPARATION FOR THE FEAST OF THE CONVERSION OF ST. PAUL
DAY 6 - JANUARY 21
Various daily acts cause our conversion and ultimately our sanctification to grow: examining our conscience and admitting our faults; undertaking works of penance and reconciliation; receiving the correction others give us with an open and humble heart; reaching out to the poor; standing up for what is right and just; accepting the suffering and persecution that come our way; desiring to better our life (see CCC1435).
PRAYER: Glorious St. Paul, your conversion is a powerful witness to the world that God loves us and does not give up on us, no matter how far we stray. Help me to live a life of ongoing conversion. True conversion means converting my life to the design of God, the plan He has for me right now. Pray for me, that I may be filled with passion for the evangelization of all those around me, that my life may be a beacon of the light of Christ. May the witness of my life inspire other sinners to conversion. May faith move me to believe that God can and will change the things in me that seem impossible to rectify. In this confidence, I entrust to you, St. Paul, these, my intentions…
(State your intentions here…)
I ask this through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
St. Paul: Pray for us!

4⃣ NOVENA TO ST. THOMAS AQUINAS
DAY 3 - JANUARY 21
ST. THOMAS YOU HAVE TAUGHT THAT:
“GOD LOVES HIS CREATURES, AND HE LOVES EACH ONE THE MORE, THE MORE IT SHARES HIS OWN GOODNESS, WHICH IS THE FIRST AND PRIMARY OBJECT OF HIS LOVE. THEREFORE HE WANTS THE DESIRES OF HIS RATIONAL CREATURES TO BE FULFILLED BECAUSE THEY SHARE MOST PERFECTLY OF ALL CREATURES THE GOODNESS OF GOD. AND HIS WILL IS AN ACCOMPLISHER OF THINGS BECAUSE HE IS THE CAUSE OF THINGS BY HIS WILL. SO IT BELONGS TO THE DIVINE GOODNESS TO FULFILL THE DESIRES OF RATIONAL CREATURES WHICH ARE PUT TO HIM IN PRAYER.” ― Thomas Aquinas, Faith, Reason and Theology.
PRAYER: Through the intercession of St. Thomas Aquinas, Grant me grace, O merciful God, to desire ardently all that is pleasing to Thee, to examine it prudently, to acknowledge it truthfully, and to accomplish it perfectly, for the praise and glory of Thy name. In particular, please obtain the favor I ask during this novena…
(State your intentions here…)
Grant me, O Lord my God, a mind to know you, a heart to seek you, wisdom to find you, conduct pleasing to you, faithful perseverance in waiting for you, and a hope of finally embracing you. Amen.
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
