1⃣ 30 DAYS PRAYERS IN NOVEMBER FOR THE HOLY SOULS IN PURGATORY
DAY 11 - NOVEMBER 11
St. Francis de Sales tells us: "Devotion to the Souls in Purgatory contains in itself all the works of mercy, which supernaturalized by a spirit of Faith, should merit us Heaven."
Pray 1 Our Father... 3 Hail Marys... 1 Glory be...
DE PROFUNDIS
PSALM 129 (130)
V: Out of the depths, I have cried to Thee, O Lord, Lord, hear my voice.
R: Let Thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplication.
V: If Thou, O Lord, shalt mark my iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand it?
R: For with Thee there is merciful forgiveness: and by reason of Thy law I have waited for Thee, O Lord.
V: My soul hath relied on His word; my soul hath hoped in the Lord.
R: From the morning watch even until night; let Israel hope in the Lord.
V: Because with the Lord there is mercy; and with Him plenteous redemption.
R: And He shall redeem Israel from all its iniquities.
V: Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord,
R: and let perpetual light shine upon them:
V: May they rest in peace
R: Amen.
LET US PRAY: O Lord Jesus Christ, deliver the souls of the faithful departed from the flames of Purgatory, and let Thine angels bring them into the holy light. We offer Thee, O Lord, a sacrifice of prayer and praise, accept them on behalf of all the Souls in Purgatory, that they may pass from death to life everlasting with Thee in Heaven. Amen.
PRAYER OF SAINT GERTRUDE THE GREAT FOR THE HOLY SOULS IN PURGATORY
(A prayer which would release many souls from Purgatory each time it is recited)
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family. Amen.

2⃣ NOVENA TO ST. GERTRUDE THE GREAT
DEVOUT AFFECTIONS ON THE PASSION OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
DAY 5 - NOVEMBER 11
FIFTH PRAYER: O Jesus, King most beloved, remember now the mournful desolation of Thy Heart, when Thou, forsaken by all, wert mocked as Thou didst hang on the Cross; when Thou didst find none to comfort Thee but Thy beloved Mother, who stood by Thy Cross to the last, and whom Thou didst commend to Thy disciple, saying: Woman, behold thy Son, and to the disciple: Behold thy Mother. I beseech Thee, O compassionate Jesus, by that sword of anguish which then pierced her Heart, do Thou condole with me and console me in all my tribulations. Amen.
(State your intentions here...)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
V: Pray for us, O holy virgin Saint Gertrude
R: That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
LET US PRAY: O Lord Jesus, by the love Thou didst bear to the virginal heart of Saint Gertrude, and by which Thou hast promised that no sinner, who would honor and love her, should die a sudden and unprovided death: grant me, I beseech Thee, this grace, and let me so love Thee, and repent of my sins, that with faith and confidence I may expect a happy death.
O God, Who in the heart of the holy virgin Gertrude didst provide for Thyself a pleasing abode: through her merits, do Thou cleanse from our hearts every stain of sin, and grant that we may enjoy fellowship with her for evermore. Through Our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, Who liveth and reigneth with Thee and the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end. Amen.
(NOTE: It was revealed to St. Gertrude that reading and meditating on the Passion are far more useful and efficacious than all other spiritual exercises. As those who handle flour cannot avoid contracting some of the flour's powdery substance, so no one, however imperfect his devotion may be, can occupy his mind with the Passion of Our Lord without receiving some benefit therefrom. And, however cold and lukewarm our devotion, Our Lord will look upon us with greater long-suffering and mercy if we never omit the memory of His
Passion).
