DAY 9 - SEPTEMBER 30
O St. Therese, seraphic virgin, beloved spouse of our Crucified Lord, you who on earth did burn with a love so intense toward your God and my God, and now glow with a bright and purer flame in paradise, obtain for me, I beseech you, a spark of that same holy fire which shall help me to put things of the world in their proper place and live my life always conscious of the presence of God. As I conclude my novena, I also beg of you to secure for me the special favour I seek at this time...

PRAYER: O St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, who during your short life on earth became a mirror of angelic purity, of love strong as death, and of wholehearted abandonment to God, now that you rejoice in the reward of your virtues, cast a glance of pity on me as I leave all things in your hands. Make my troubles your own, speak a word for me to Our Lady Immaculate, whose flower of special love you were -- to that Queen of Heaven “who smiled on you at the dawn of life.” Beg her powerful intercession the grace I yearn for so ardently at this moment...and that she join with it a blessing that may strengthen me during life, defend me at the hour of death, and lead me straight on to a happy eternity.
O God, who did inflame with the Spirit of Love, the soul of your servant Thérèse of the Child Jesus, grant that we also may love you and make you much loved. Amen.

DAY 8 - SEPTEMBER 30
Loving God, you are so good that you gave me a Guardian Angel to protect my body and my soul. Help me to know and follow my angel so that, with their guidance, I will be worthy of being in Heaven with You!
My sweet Guardian Angel, you are my guide every day of my life. Direct me on my path in life and faith so that I may be holy and good like you. Show me the way to be the person that God is calling me to be. Keep me from danger, both spiritual and physical.
You are with me all the time so you already know these my intentions that I ask you to deliver to the Lord.

DAY 6 - SEPTEMBER 30
OPENING PRAYER: Holy Saint Francis, through your kind intercession we seek holiness above all things. We seek the faith, hope and love that allowed you to joyfully renounce the pleasures of earthly life and to radically follow our Lord Jesus Christ. Pray for us that we enjoy the privilege of suffering with and for the poor in the example of Jesus. Help us to be always grateful for all the blessings we have received and the strength to overcome our most pressing concerns, especially…

Holy St. Francis, through your prayers, may we be blessed with the desire to give all of our strength, and abilities towards serving God's purpose in our lives. May our lives be filled with complete faith and the hope of spending eternity with our Heavenly Father.

4⃣ NOVENA TO ST. MARIA FAUSTINA
DAY 5 - SEPTEMBER 30
LOVE
JESUS: I am Love and Mercy itself. There is no misery that could be a match for My mercy, neither will misery exhaust it, because as it is being granted it increases (Diary 1273). Love has brought Me here, and love keeps Me here. My daughter, if you knew what great merit and reward is earned by one act of pure love for Me, you would die of joy. I am saying this that you may constantly unite yourself with Me through love (Diary 576).
ST. FAUSTINA: Love, love and once again, love of God there is nothing greater in heaven or on earth. The greatest greatness is to love God; true greatness is in loving God; real wisdom is to love God. All that is great and beautiful is in God; there is no beauty or greatness outside of Him (Diary 990).
Saint Faustina, obtain for me an ardent love for God so that I may love Him above all things.

DAY 3 - SEPTEMBER 30
O Mary Immaculate, great Mediatrix of all men, please bring to quick fulfillment the promise and the hope you spoke at Fatima. Our dear ones died and our loved ones languished in the horrible hardships that had come upon a world at war. It is the deepest desire of your Immaculate Heart that we know the things that are for our peace. You have told us, Mother Mary, what you wish, reparation, the Rosary and repentance for our sinful deeds. We beg that we may give heed to your wistful pleadings and by the example of our zealous lives, point out the path that all must take to the goal of world-wide harmony.
Bless the fortunate land of Portugal, chosen to welcome you as our earthly guest. Inspire our own people and our leaders that we may humbly recognize, receive, ponder and promote the glorious cause that your message clearly revealed in Fatima, and this favor that I so earnestly seek, (mention your request) which I ask of you in this novena, for the greater glory of God, for your own honor, and for the good of all people. Amen.
