1⃣ NOVENA TO ST. DYMPHNA
DAY 9 - MAY 14
FOR CHASTITY
O God, lover of innocent souls, Thou gavest St. Dymphna the virtue of angelic purity which made her reserved in all her actions, modest in her dress, attentive in her conversation, upright in her character, so that she even shed her blood to preserve this precious virtue. Through the intercession of St. Dymphna, we beg thee to bestow upon us the virtue of chastity that we may enjoy peace of conscience in this life and pure eternal joys of heaven hereafter, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

2⃣ NOVENA FOR THE ASCENSION
DAY 3 - MAY 14
REFLECTION: During the forty days after Jesus' Resurrection when he appeared to his Apostles, he told them that he would be with them always. As he prepared them for his Ascension into heaven, he instructed them and helped them to understand that they could hope to spend eternity in heaven with him.
PRAYER: Jesus, please help us to always remain close to You, and we particularly ask You today to help us and all people to grow in the virtue of hope! Help us to grow in love for You each day of our lives. Give us the grace to look forward to the hope of spending eternity with You in heaven. And I especially ask in this novena for,

DAY 2 - MAY 14
PRAYER FOR THOSE TRAPPED IN A DIFFICULT MARRIAGE AND THOSE EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Glorious St. Rita, you lived for many years with a difficult husband at a time when there was no escape. You never stopped praying for him. We pray for all those fleeing from or experiencing domestic violence.
We pray especially for (mention your intention...)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
PRAYER: Dear Saint Rita, during your entire life on earth you found your happiness by following the will of our heavenly Father. Help me to be as trusting of God in all his designs for me. Help me this day to give myself to him as you did, without limit, without fear, without counting the cost. Help me to be generous in serving the needs of others, patient in all difficulties, forgiving toward all who injure me. Help me to learn more deeply the great mystery of the cross of Jesus, so that by embracing it as you did, I may come to experience its power to heal and to save. Amen.
St. Rita of Cascia: Pray for us!
