NOVENA FOR THE ASCENSION

DAY 7 - MAY 29

REFLECTION: After Jesus rose from the dead, he told his Apostles that he must leave them in order to ascend to the Father. They must have been saddened at the prospect of his departure, but he told them that he would send the Holy Spirit and would be with them always.

PRAYER: Jesus, please help us to always remain close to You, and we particularly ask You today to help all who mourn the loss of a loved one to find comfort and hope! Help us to remain close to You even when we face difficulties in our lives. Give us the grace to surrender all of our cares and anxieties to You each day. And I especially ask in this novena for,
