1⃣ NOVENA TO ST. RITA OF CASCIA
DAY 5 - MAY 17
PRAYER FOR THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK OF FEELING BITTER
Glorious St. Rita, you did everything God asked of you, but he didn't give you your heart's desire. Help us not to become bitter if God has not rewarded us as we think we deserve. May we humbly ask his will.
We pray especially for (Mention your intentions...)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be...
PRAYER: Dear Saint Rita, during your entire life on earth you found your happiness by following the will of our heavenly Father. Help me to be as trusting of God in all his designs for me. Help me this day to give myself to him as you did, without limit, without fear, without counting the cost. Help me to be generous in serving the needs of others, patient in all difficulties, forgiving toward all who injure me. Help me to learn more deeply the great mystery of the cross of Jesus, so that by embracing it as you did, I may come to experience its power to heal and to save. Amen.

2⃣ NOVENA TO MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS
DAY 3 - MAY 17
O Mary, ever since the wedding feast of Cana, Thou hast always been the powerful help of all those who have asked Thine aid and protection. By Thy prayers, keep me free from all dangers and help me always to rise above my faults and failings.
(State your intentions here...)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be…
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, place deep in our hearts the love of Mary, our help and the help of all Christians. May we fight vigorously for the faith here on earth, and may we one day praise Thy victories in Heaven. Grant this in the name of Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Our Lord. Amen.

3⃣ NOVENA TO ST. PHILIP NERI
DAY 1 - MAY 17
PHILIP'S HUMILITY
Philip, my glorious Patron, who didst count as dross the praise, and even the good esteem of men, obtain for me also, from my Lord and Savior, this fair virtue by thy prayers. How haughty are my thoughts, how contemptuous are my words, how ambitious are my works. Gain for me that low esteem of self with which thou wast gifted; obtain for me a knowledge of my own nothingness, that I may rejoice when I am despised, and ever seek to be great only in the eyes of my God and Judge. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be...
PRAYER: O glorious St. Philip, who wast so favored by God with the gift of consoling and assisting thy spiritual children at the hour of death, be also my advocate and father when I shall find myself at that dreadful moment. Obtain for me that at that hour the devil may not conquer me, nor temptation overcome me, nor fear itself revile me; but that, strengthened by a lively faith, a fervent hope and, a sincere charity, I may sustain with patience and perseverance that supreme struggle, and that, full of confidence in the mercy of the Lord, and in the infinite merits of Jesus Christ and the protection of the Most Blessed Mary, I may deserve to die the death of the just, and be united with thee and all the saints in the blessed home of Paradise, to praise and enjoy the Lord forever. Amen.
St. Philip Neri: Pray for us!
