1⃣ NOVENA TO ST. CLARE OF ASSISI
DAY 9 - AUGUST 10
Gracious Saint Clare, who fulfilled your womanhood by a life of love in prayer and penance, help us to fulfill our destiny that we may one day greet you in Heaven. You, who were consoled at your death by a vision of Christ and His Mother, obtain for us the grace that we may die under the special protection of God and enter into the life and bliss you now enjoy. Have pity on us who struggle, on us who mourn, and win for us the favours of God so that after this life, we may come home to Him who lives and reigns forever and ever.
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be…
PRAYER: O most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we praise your Holy Name and the wonders of grace you worked in your servant, Saint Clare. Through her powerful intercession, grant us the favours we beg in this novena, above all the grace to live and die as she did in your most Holy Love. Amen.
St. Clare, patroness of television: Pray for us!
St. Clare, patroness of television: Help us to use the gifts of God for his glory.
St. Clare, patroness of television: Never permit us to debase the gifts of God.

2⃣ NOVENA TO ST. PHILOMENA
DAY 9 - AUGUST 10
O dear St. Philomena, you encountered Christians who, due to terrible tortures, were unable to remain strong and renounce their faith temporarily, or who faced with physical pain, surrendered holy books to the Roman soldiers. You welcomed these Christians and understand their weaknesses. You did not condemn them nor stay away from them. You continued to pray for them and with them. I pray, my dear saint, that you will also help me develop the spirit of understanding that will prevent me from condemning people. Inspire me always to work for unity and peace in our communities especially in our parishes.
PRAYER: O faithful Virgin and glorious Martyr, St. Philomena, who works so many miracles on behalf of the poor and sorrowing, have pity on me. You know the multitude and diversity of my needs. Behold me at your feet, full of misery, but full of hope. I entreat your charity, O great saint! Graciously hear me and obtain from God a favorable answer to the request which I now humbly lay before you,
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be…
I am firmly convinced that through your merits, through the scorn, the sufferings and the death you endured, united to the merits of the Passion and Death of Jesus, your Spouse, I shall obtain what I ask of you, and in the joy of my heart I will bless God, who is admirable in his Saints. Amen.
St. Philomena, now in possession of immortal honor: Pray for us!
St. Philomena, who reigns in glory: Pray for us!

3⃣ NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF ASSUMPTION
DAY 5 - AUGUST 10
O Merciful and Loving Mother, may your glorious beauty fill our hearts with a distaste for earthly things and an ardent longing for the joys of Heaven. May your merciful eyes glance down upon our struggles and our weakness in this vale of tears. Hear then loving Mother, our request and plead to Jesus for us.
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be…
Crown us with the pure robe of innocence and grace here, and with immortality and glory in Heaven. Amen.
O Queen Assumed into Heaven: Pray for us!

4⃣ NOVENA TO ST. ROQUE
DAY 4 - AUGUST 10
Glorious Saint Roque, Hero of sanctity, who as soon as thou didst enter into the hospital, at the city of Acquapendente, moved by that charity for God and thy neighbor, with which thou wert filled, didst console and cure all the plague-stricken, by the most holy Sign of the Cross, light in us the holy flames of this celestial fire, and obtain for us from God the strength and courage to exercise ourselves in spiritual and corporal works of charity and mercy.
(State your intentions here…)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be…
PRAYER: Dear mendicant Pilgrim, you once took care of sufferers from the plague and were always ready to help others by kind service and fervent prayers. You yourself had no home and you died in a dungeon. No wonder countless invalids have confidently invoked your help. Please grant a cure to this patient, (Name), and help us all become spiritually healthy.
O great St. Roque, deliver us, we beseech thee, from the scourges of God; through thy intercession, preserve our bodies from contagious diseases, and our souls from the contagion of sin. Obtain for us salubrious air; but, above all, purity of heart. Assist us to make good use of health, to bear sufferings with patience; and, after thy example, to live in the practice of penance and charity, that we may one day enjoy the happiness which thou has merited by thy virtues. Amen.
St. Roque: Pray for us!
